Bloom peer

Support and safety

Updated 20 October 2026

Bloom peer is operated by BG-dev, an independent developer. Contact support@bloompeer.com for help, privacy requests, and abuse reports.

Report a person or a message

In the app, open a contact and choose Report this person, or open a message's actions and choose Report message. Select a reason and describe what happened. The app opens an email draft for you to review and send. If no mail app is available, copy the report and send it to the address above.

Reports include the reason, your description, and relevant account IDs. Chat history is not attached automatically. A message excerpt is included only if you explicitly choose to share it. Do not send passwords or sign-in tokens.

Text safety

A local text filter blocks common abusive English and Russian phrases before sending and hides matching incoming text until you choose to reveal it. Filtered previews do not show that text. The filter is limited, can miss abuse, and does not analyze live audio or video. Use blocking and reporting for unwanted contact. Message text and filter results are not uploaded for classification.

Block unwanted contact

In Contacts, long-press a person and select Block. Blocking prevents that person from reconnecting through the service. Only accepted contacts can send you messages or start calls; you can decline contact requests.

What happens next

We aim to make an initial response within three business days. Urgent safety reports are prioritized. Support is not an emergency service. We review the information you choose to provide, may ask follow-up questions, and may restrict or remove accounts that violate the Terms. Private messages are not scanned on the server.

Support correspondence and any evidence you submit are retained in the support mailbox for no longer than three months from receipt, or deleted sooner when no longer needed. Contact us to request deletion. This mailbox is separate from the application's account database.

Privacy and account requests

Use Me → Delete account to remove your account and related server records, or contact support for other requests. Signing out retains local history. Deleting local messages does not erase the other participant's copy. See the Supportprivacy notice and storage explanation.
